First, you'll need to register for the My Future Now service to start the transfer process.

To register, you'll need:

• Your current address
• Your National Insurance number
• Your Workplace pension policy number

Once you've registered, you'll be asked to provide the name of the pension provider for each pension you want to transfer (eg Aviva) and, if possible, each policy number. You can transfer pensions without providing a policy number but it will take slightly longer.
